- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was recruited by First Court to do an online mock jury trial. It was listed as taking anywhere from 75 minutes up to 2 hours. It literally took me 6 1/2 hours to complete. There were also, I think 11 others doing the online jury trial. We each did it at our own convenience to be completed by a certain time. I spoke to the company when I was done and let them know how long it actually took me, considering they had only figured 2 hours. They should have done a test trial themselves beforehand to see how long it takes before putting it out there for a mock jury to do, guessing at the time, and being way off, which was a big inconvenience. A couple of weeks later the ad was again posted on Craigslist, and this time they listed the online jury trial as taking "2 hours give or take." I was appalled they would so blatantly misrepresent the time it takes after getting feedback from the first group, and now actually knowing the amount of time involved.
